How often should I train ?

It depends on your fitness goals, but most clients train 2–3 times per week for optimal results.

Do I need to be fit to start small group training?

Not at all! Our classes are designed for variations in experience and physical fitness, from beginners to advanced athletes.

Will I get a customised workout plan?

Yes, your movement screen during initial assessment will provide custom exercises to improve your movement quality. Full custom workouts are available with our personal training packages. Alternatively our unlimited plan offers the opportunity to follow your own program during class and open training.

Can I train on my own in the gym?

Absolutely! If you have your own program on our unlimited plan you can do your own workout, personalised for you, during our class times and our limited open training times.
