Yes, your movement screen during initial assessment will provide custom exercises to improve your movement quality. Full custom workouts are available with our personal training packages. Alternatively our unlimited plan offers the opportunity to follow your own program during class and open training.
Absolutely! If you have your own program on our unlimited plan you can do your own workout, personalised for you, during our class times and our limited open training times.
